GOLD AND SILVER DID NOT CRY!
When Hadhrat Nabi Aadam (alayhis salaam) had eaten from the forbidden tree in Jannat, then all creation developed an aversion for him. Everyone and everything buffeted him. They forbid him from approaching near to. The former degree of honour and proximity which he had enjoyed was eliminated.. However, the Oodh tree gave Nabi Aadam (alayhis salaam) refuge.
Further, all things were grieved and cried over the calamity which had befallen Hadhrat Aadam (alayhis salaam) except gold and silver.
